This vintage is golden dressed, the sparkle makes a lovely foam cord.
It opens on dried fine herbs, with caramel notes relayed by candied fruits (peach, apricot).
Nice and harmonious stable structure, reveals the same fruity notes, accompanied with a zest of liquorice. The perfect dose keeps a subtle softness by the end of the mouth.
A fine Champagne, perfectly achieved .
